36 cities compose the Portuguese network’s working group: “Inclusive Cities”, coordinated by the city of Almada and that has been active since 2015. The work of the group has been visible through the participation in National Congresses, holding thematic meetings and the dissemination of local activities around the axes: “inclusion” and “educating cities”.

In the framework of its regular activities, it carried out and approved in 2022 a Declaration of Inclusive Cities, available in English and Portuguese:
