© Câmara Municipal de Alcochete Alcochete is a Portuguese town located in the Setúbal district. It belongs to Lisbon’s metropolitan area. It is composed by 3 parishes (Alcochete, Samouco and São Francisco) and 128.5 km2. Its proximity to the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve, the salt flats, inhabited by a population of flamingos, and the beautiful landscapes are some of the town’s attractions.
