• 9:00: Institutional welcome and introductory framework, with representatives from the City of Bologna, the Emilia-Romagna Region, and the Metropolitan City of Bologna.
• 9:30: Inaugural lecture: “The Power of Unity: The Meaning of Networking Among Educating Cities”, by Marina Canals Romoneda, IAEC Secretary General.
• 10:30: Presentation by Rossella D’ugo, University of Urbino, on “The City as a Laboratory of Franco Frabboni.”
• 11:00: Thematic panel “Cities in Focus”, showcasing presentations on strategic educational initiatives from various member cities:

• • Bologna: Adolescents: Strategic Vision and Educational Perspective of the City.
  • Ravenna: The Youth Consultation and its 25th Anniversary.
  • Torino: The Integrated 0-6 System: Participation and Child Culture.
  • Siracusa: Public Spaces Interconnected with Culture.
• 12:15: Federica Zanetti, University of Bologna, will discuss how to build the common good from a collaborative perspective.
• 12:45: Closing remarks by Albert Soler, City Council of Granollers, who will invite attendees to participate at the 18th International Congress of Educating Cities Granollers 2026, and by Michela Gaudenzi, Coordination and Secretariat of School Projects, Pesaro Capital of Culture.
