General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the IAEC and is made up of all the member cities.
The General Assembly has, amongst others, the following functions:
- Election or substitution of the members of the Executive Committee.
- Modification of the statutes of the IAEC.
- Adoption of the management of the Executive Committee.
- Adoption of the Action Plan.
- Adoption of the profit and loss accounts as well as the budgets for the year.
