The event included the participation of prof. Maria Silvia Bacila, Curitiba’s City Councillor for education and representative of the Brazil Network of Educating Cities (REMCE), Emilia Ruiz, representative of the REMCE and Silvian Ortiz, representative of IAEC Delegation for Latin America.

The conference included round tables to analyse and prepare educating projects, aimed at local governments officials. On the other hand, there were activities targeted at citizens with the goal of raising awareness on the educating work carried out at city’s learning spaces.

The Seminar gathered local officials and civil society as well as representatives from the IAEC Delegation for Latin America and the IAEC Brazil Network.
