In the Meeting the venue for the next National Congress of the Network was agreed, the status of the issue of the thematic groups was reported, as well as the progress in the preparations of the next International Congress that will held in Cascais. Participants debated about the celebration of the International Day of the Educating City of this year (November 30) and a new thematic group on “lifelong education” was created which will be coordinated by the City of Loures.

The program included a presentation by Professor João Barroso, in which he made an interesting analysis of the good practices published in the newsletter of the Network. This analysis is expected to be also presented in one of the coming newsletters.
