Representatives from Andong, Barcelona, Brussels, Cascais, Curitiba, Granollers, Lisbon, Rosario, São Paulo, and Tampere are participating in the proceedings.

The agenda for the meetings includes a visit to the facilities of the XVII International Congress and the review of the state of play of its organization, a meeting with the Scientific Committee of the event, and other matters such as the celebration of the International Day of the Educating City, activities scheduled by the territorial networks, and study visits to good educational practices in Curitiba.
