In order to advance on the preparation of the 13th International Congress of Educating Cities which will take place in Barcelona in 2014, the organisation of the Congress chose the theme “An Educating City is an inclusive city”.

300 representatives of local governments, academy experts and civil society which work directly or indirectly in social inclusion participated in the Congress.
