The registration and hand out of documents will start at 9:00 AM. All participants, which are not officially appointed as delegates before the Association, must be accredited by means of Delegation A Form. Cities unable to participate at the meeting may vote by proxy by delegating their vote to another member city by filling in the Delegation B Form and informing the said city. In both cases forms must be submitted to the Secretariat. According to Article 14 of the Association Internal Regulations the maximum number of proxies that a city can receive shall not exceed ten.

The Assembly will start with a lecture on “Cooperation, Coordination and Education: the solution for an integrated approach of social inclusion in Katowice” by Mr. Piotr Polok, from Katowice’s Municipal Centre for Integration and Social Care.
