The Mayor of Bilbao, Mr. Juan Mari Aburto, opens the meeting of the thematic network with a presentation on the motivations of the project City of Values.

The Director of Deusto Cities Lab Katedra presents the agenda and working methodology for the network. The first day also includes a forum (City of Values, why and what for?) and a presentation of three tools by experts from the University of Deusto: survey on values (M. Silvestre), map of agents and practices regarding values (R. San Salvador) and a vademecum of values (F. Martínez Contreras).

The second day of the event will close with a discussion board regarding the setup of a Manifesto of the City of Values of the Network and an exchange of opinions.
